Star Tribune Top Workplace

HomeTown Bank is honored to be recognized as a Star Tribune Top Workplace for the 10th year in a row!
We’re committed to creating a banking experience that our customers love and one that inspires happiness. What does that look like? It begins when a customer walks through our doors, from home they’re greeted to the way we listen to understand their needs, goals, and dreams. It shows up in the way we ask questions and provide creative solutions to make those goals and dreams a reality. It continues outside the bank, with a simple “hello” at a baseball game or a smile in the grocery store.
