Ryan Petz is the president of Fulton Brewery and co-owners with Brian Hoffman, Jim Diley, and Pete Grande. Ryan shares about the history of Fulton Brewery with HomeTown Bank. “My company, Fulton Brewing, has been banking with HomeTown Bank since shortly after we started our business in 2009. Fulton started out as four guys homebrewing in a South Minneapolis garage. In 2011, we worked with Mike Orth to help finance the construction of our first brewery, in downtown Minneapolis next to Target Field. Our business has seen tremendous growth in the last 3 years, and now HomeTown Bank is helping us build our second brewery plant, this time in Northeast Minneapolis.
HomeTown Bank is a great partner for our business because of the individual attention each employee gives to our business. Mike takes the time to understand our business needs and has helped us obtain three large loans as we’ve undertaken capital projects. Mike’s understanding of our business not only helps HomeTown Bank make the right loans, but also gives insight to our business so we can make the right decisions as we plan our capital structure. Sarah, Tammy, and the rest of the staff are responsive to our day-to-day banking needs. It’s very helpful to be able to pick up the phone and talk with someone who knows me and understands my business, rather than being sent through a series of computer prompts every time I have a simple request.”
HomeTown Bank takes great care of Fulton Brewery, and we’re very happy we’ve found such a great partner for our business.
