After four years of serving the Victoria community, HomeTown Bank is growing its local presence with a new location coming to town.
If you’ve driven down Tower Boulevard, you’ve probably seen our HomeTown Bank location across from Winchester & Rye. Since 2022, our loan and deposit production office has given us the opportunity to know Victoria, build relationships with local families and businesses, and become part of the community we’re proud to serve.
Now, we’re excited to grow with it.
A New HomeTown Bank Location is Coming to Victoria
Construction on our new two-story HomeTown Bank location is expected to begin Fall 2026. Once complete, our current Victoria team will move from our Tower Boulevard office into the new location, giving us more space to serve our customers and continue building relationships right here in Victoria.
We’re also excited to continue our partnership with Mocha Monkey, creating a shared space in Victoria just like our Waconia and Carver locations. Our Banking Brewed Locally partnership has become a pretty special part of the HomeTown experience, and we’re thrilled to bring it to Victoria.
Local Really Does Matter
For us, being in Victoria has never been just about having an address here. It’s about showing up – supporting local organizations, attending local events, getting to know the people who make Victoria special, working alongside local businesses and being there when our neighbors need us.
Our lenders are local, our faces are local, and our decisions are made locally by the people who understand the communities we serve. That’s the kind of banking HomeTown Bank has been providing for more than 100 years, and it’s the kind of banking we plan to continue bringing to Victoria for generations to come.
When Can You Stop By?
Our current target for opening the new Victoria location is late 2027 or Spring 2028, depending in part on the completion of the nearby roundabout and other construction factors.
But you don’t have to wait until then to become part of HomeTown Bank. Our Victoria team is already here, and our Waconia and Carver locations are ready to help with your banking needs in the meantime.
