Community involvement is not only a way for HomeTown Bank to give back, but it’s a way to connect with local businesses to create partnerships and help build the community as a whole. Through community involvement, HomeTown Bank and JP Schulte Wealth Advisors connected and created business partnership for their upcoming renovation of a new office space in downtown Olivia.
The building itself has been a part of Olivia for many years, so they were excited to see they could still keep some of the charm alive with the building when they resurfaced what they believe to be original brick wall. With a new revamp of the rest of the building to lighten it up and have it be a welcoming space for customers, having the help from HomeTown Bank with a construction loan made the process very smooth when contractors needed to be paid. After six months of construction, JPSchulte Wealth Advisors is ready for the public to come in and take a look at the beautiful new space.
